Photos and downloads
The tool processes selected photos locally in your browser using Web Workers and locally loaded codecs. It does not automatically send photos or filenames to a conversion server. Photos and results remain in memory during editing. Starting over discards the selection and results. Downloaded files remain in your chosen location until you delete them.
Sharing
Only when you choose to share does your browser pass the selected result files to the system dialog. Your chosen recipient or service processes them under its own rules.
Browser storage
The “tinyphoto-theme” Local Storage setting remembers your color theme until you remove it or clear site data. A service worker caches tool pages, fonts and codecs for offline use. It does not store photos, photo blobs or filenames in that cache. The cache persists across sessions; old version caches are removed when a new version activates. You can clear these data in your browser’s site settings and remove the installed app.
Website and hosting
Loading the website fetches pages, fonts and codecs from the website host. The preview runs on Cloudflare Pages; regular hosting is planned on a Caddy origin behind Cloudflare. Connection data can include IP address, requested URL and browser information. When Network Error Logging is enabled, Cloudflare can receive browser failure reports through NEL/Report-To. This is separate from local photo processing.
Advertising and analytics
Advertising and analytics are disabled in this version. There is no active CMP or account sign-in. Later activation requires a separate review and updated privacy information.
Requests and rights
When you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to answer your request. Do not send photos that are unnecessary for your request. Contact hello@tinyphoto.app to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data.
